Here's How Our JV Program Works

Welcome to our deal submission guidelines!

To help you sell your property, we request that you fill out a submission form. Before filling out the form, please keep the following in mind:

- We cannot accept any rural properties at this time. The property should be within a 30-minute distance from a major city.

- Only Off-market properties are considered.

- Kindly provide us with clear instructions on how to access your property for our buyers to view, and if there is a lockbox please share the lockbox code with us in the form.

- You must own the property or have a direct contract with the owner of record. Email us a copy of the executed contract and photos of the property at pricereidispositions@outlook.com.

- Please note that we need at least 21-30 days to market the property, find a buyer, and complete the sale. If title work is not completed by a title company, it could take up to 30 days. We recommend using our preferred title company for a smooth transaction as we know they are able to close all types of wholesale transactions (assignments and double close).

- Please allow us 24-48 hours to review your deal submission.

- Profits are split 50/50 on all wholesale deals submitted and paid out by the title company.

- We will validate your submission to ensure it is a wholesale deal that we can assist you with. You will receive a notification within 24-48 hours and a JV agreement to sign and email back to us so we can start marketing your property right away.

Buyer acknowledges and accepts that Seller makes no representations and warranties of any kind, whatsoever, as to the actual conditions that may exist within or around the property, and Buyer acknowledges that it has conducted its own investigation of these facts, and is purchasing the subject property based upon its own conclusions. Buyer expressly acknowledges that it is purchasing the property in "as is, where is" condition.

 ****All properties Subject to errors, omissions, deletions, additions, cancellation. All properties sold as is, where is with absolutely no representations written or oral. Buyer is to do their own independent due diligence. Buyer to verify all material facts including square footage. Property will not be considered under contract until signed contract and deposit received with all contingencies removed. Sales price is net to seller.
